year round RV tenancies. The property has a five acres boneyard in the front of the park and the
eight acres RV storage area and both are prime for solar. 7 seasonal MH rentals at $225 daily and
$1,600 monthly. 52 year round MH rentals with original homes at $650-$975 and three remodeled
homes at $1,200-$1,600. 24 of the 52 rental homes are vacant and are mostly old single wides.
