Lakeside, Arizona on an approximately 9.56-acre parcel. The property is serviced by
municipal water and sewer and electric is submetered to each tenant. The roads are
mostly paved and the tenancy is mostly sunbirds utilizing the park as second homes.
Amenity package includes a large clubhouse, restroom/shower facilities, WiFi, and a dog
