The camp is surrounded on three sides by the Sierra Nevada mountains and is within a short drive to Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne Meadows, Mono Lake, June Lake, Virginia Lakes, Twin Lakes and the historic gold-mining town of Bodie. It is also less than an hour drive south on Hwy 395 to the scenic Mammoth Mountain. The property features excellent hiking, ATV, dirt-bike and mountain bike trails that are accessible from camp. Kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and rock climbing are at the footstep of the property as well. Recently voted the 2nd favorite campground in California by HipCamp and five-star peer reviews place the park at the top of the local offerings. Having faithful return guests often necessitates a long waiting list. Paradise Shores RV Camp features 29 RV Sites that include electric, water, septic and WIFI. The tent sites are located right on the lake and offer exceptional views of the Sawtooth Mountain Range and Bridgeport Reservoir. There are 11 RV Sites & 4 Tent Sites located off of the park property in an irrigation district easement. Revenue is generated from these sites and has never been contested. Restrooms and Showers are available for all campers. If you are looking for an RV experience, but don’t have an RV, the 8 rental trailers are fully equipped for a hassle-free stay. The “Blu House” is a perfect fit for up to 5 people and offers a private hot tub, fireplace, and home theater. All rental rates have an additional Monto County 12% TOT Tax for stays under 31 days. There are also 5 Mobile Homes that are rented year-round at $311/month plus electric. These mobiles are currently all occupied with tenants.
