The sale of the Club Royal Oak RV Resort located at 39700 Road 28, Kingsburg, CA sold May 30, 2019 for $3,250,000.  John Grant of Park Brokerage Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction.  The RV resort has 95 full hookup RV sites and 5 tent sites on 27.7 acres and is located on the Kings River, a prime boating and recreation area a half hour south of Fresno.  Amenities include a 3,642 square feet office, clubhouse with kitchen, and fitness center, boat launch, large beach areas, 85 RV/boat storage sites, two bathrooms with showers buildings, and huge, shaded sites with 50 amp electric service.  The park is serviced by septic sewer and well water.  The property has approximately 15 acres for possible expansion.   The property has been renamed Kings River RV Resort.  Approximately 40% of the tenancy was monthly/extended stay at rental rates of $500-$750 and overnight rates were $40-$120 depending on location on or off the river with summer season peak pricing.
