Apache MH/RV Park is a 70 site community (approximately 50% MH) located on county land in Globe, Arizona. The roads are dirt (soon to be paved by new owner) and the property is serviced by well and septic tanks. The park was in average condition at time of sale and the park services mostly workers at the local mines and fixed-income retirees. The sale was financed by the seller at market terms.
