John Sheedy is the President of Park Brokerage Inc. focusing his efforts on the Manufactured Housing and RV Park industry and is licensed in Arizona, California, and Georgia. Prior to joining Park Brokerage, he was a regional executive devoted to sales and business development functions aimed toward commercial real estate owners including construction, utility services, and tenant debt collections. He owns and operates four 55+ MH/RV communities in Arizona and is a limited partner in several other mobile home parks and RV parks which allows him the experience and knowledge to handle your sale in a discreet and profitable fashion.

Based out of Phoenix, John currently is the President of the Arizona RV Park and Campground Association (ARVC) and volunteers for MHCA. As a longtime Phoenician, John attended Brophy College Preparatory and graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in History. He currently lives in Phoenix with his wife Deanna, five-year-old daughter Madeleine, and infant daughter Savannah.

Drew Dohogne joined Park Brokerage Inc. in 2019 after his previous position as an associate at a land brokerage firm in Phoenix. Arizona. He focuses on prospecting, business development and investment sales of Manufactured Housing & RV Communities nationwide with a primary focus on the west coast. Drew holds active real estate salesperson licenses in Arizona and California. Since joining Park Brokerage in 2019, he has negotiated the sale of parks with a total consideration in excess of $100 million.

Drew is a graduate of Brophy College Preparatory and the University of Arizona where he attained a BA in Urban & Regional Development with a minor from Eller College of Management. He met his wife, Jordan, at the University of Arizona and they currently live in Santa Barbara, California.

George graduated from TCU with a B.B.A in Finance and Real Estate and joined Bank OZK’s asset management team where he managed a portfolio of hotel, office, industrial, and retail loans in excess of $500 million. He joined Greysteel in 2019 and built out their mobile home and RV park platform, where he originated over 125 million in debt and equity placement in two years. He specializes in structured debt, mezzanine, and joint venture equity placement. He is responsible for sourcing and executing corporate and project-related debt solutions for private and middle-market clients through numerous relationships. In his free time, he can be found spending time with friends and family, supporting TCU Football, and playing golf.

Bill Warren is an associate of Park Brokerage and is based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Park Brokerage, Bill was an investment sales associate at a national investment sales firm. In his 3 years at Marcus and Millichap, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year in the Dallas office and also received the Sales Recognition Award in 2021 and 2022. Bill focuses on the disposition and acquisition of Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Parks in Texas and its surrounding states.

Bill grew up in Aurora, Illinois, and graduated from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he also played hockey. He enjoys being able to golf year-round while residing with his wife in Dallas.

Kyle Peterson is an associate of Park Brokerage and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to joining Park Brokerage he worked in tandem with Newton Systems International maintaining and repairing boat lifts. While finishing his BA in Finance, Kyle is focused on marina acquisitions and dispositions around the country.

Kyle grew up in the Central Valley in California where he was a valedictorian at his local high school and received the Larry L. Hillblom Scholarship. He’s an avid water skier and enjoys spending his free time with his friends and family.

John Grant founded Park Brokerage Inc. in 1999 and operated the firm through 2022. In the last 35 years John has sold 226 parks with a total consideration of $863 Million. John is a former board member and president of WMA, the California statewide manufactured homeowner’s association, and a former board member of CALOHA, the California statewide RV park owner’s association. John has ownership interests and professionally manages five manufactured housing communities and five RV parks. John and his wife Sandra live in San Diego.
